The Ultimate Birthday is a special promo event in the EA Sports FC, marking the anniversary of the Ultimate Team mode in the game.
History
Previously known as FUT Birthday, this event first debuted as a promotional event in the EA Sports FIFA series in FIFA 14 Ultimate Team. This event was introduced to celebrate the 4th anniversary of the Ultimate Team mode. Since then, FUT Birthday has become an eagerly anticipated annual event, typically featuring special content releases, player cards, SBC challenges, and promotions to mark the occasion.
EA changed the name of this event from "FUT Birthday" to "Ultimate Birthday" in EA Sport FC 24.
As of FIFA 23, Birthday Icons were added to this promo event as special Icon cards.
